The Indian Cultural Society (ICS) of Multimedia University, Cyberjaya campus will be

organizing a cultural night entitled “MOKSHA 2010 – A Musical Journey”. This event will

showcase the elements of culture, religion and society and it is a community charity event.

More than 50 students have taken part in vivacious presentations of dance, drama

modeling, songs and other forms of performing arts. MOKSHA 2010 provides an

opportunity for students to display extraordinary talent in contemporary styles and modern

fusion while also encapsulating the youth’s diverse and elaborates cultural identity. With

rigorous schedules of auditions and rehearsals, talents and performances are perfected and

as a result; the night is an epitome of today’s youth commitment, passion and teamwork.

The pre-event before the cultural night, will be MOKSHA Expo for one week in campus, to

create the environment of cultural night and to attract students of other races and culture

to join us. As one can imagine, an event of these magnitude and calibre can generate

a significant profit which will be donated to the Malaysian Spinal Injuries Association.

Objectives Of Moksha 2010 :

Contribution to Malaysian Spinal Injuries Association (MASIA).
To enhance Muthamizh Vizha 2011’s fund.
To share the beauty of our culture and tradition not only among us as Indians but also with other students who are different races.
To provide the members with good exposure on aspects of leadership, time management and qualities.
To establish the image of the Indian Cultural Society altogether the high profile of Multimedia University.
